Funding is needed to replace unsafe, deteriorated windows that are over 50 years old and to remodel two bathrooms in the Frail Care Department. These essential upgrades will create a safer, more suitable environment for our 40 residents and provide qualified carers with improved facilities to deliver the care and support they need.

To support up to 30 young people over 12 months, including at least 20 intensive transition pathways. The programme provides practical support with education, training, employment, documentation, applications, transport, independent living and ongoing guidance, helping each young person build a realistic pathway towards independence.

Astro Turf Soccer and Netball Sports Field project. We believe that the Astro Turf field will provide our learners with a safe, quality space where they can develop physically, build confidence, learn teamwork and discipline, and discover their God-given talents through sport.
